Questions people ask before starting
- What counts as a document?
- One file processed — a PDF, a photo, or an e-invoice XML. A three-page invoice is one document. Failed documents (blurry photos, unsupported formats) don't count against your allowance.
- Do handwritten documents cost extra?
- No. Handwritten, typed, printed and structured e-invoices are all the same price — one document each.
- Which languages and currencies are supported?
- English, German and French, in USD, EUR and GBP, at launch — with language and currency detected automatically. More are on the roadmap; tell us which you need.
- Can my whole team use one account?
- Yes. An account can have multiple members, and everyone works from the same inbox and forwarding address. The Business and Practice plans are built for teams.
- How do team seats work?
- The Business plan includes 5 team members. Need more? Add seats from your workspace settings for €5 per user per month — Stripe prorates the change immediately, and you can reduce seats again any time.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal in your workspace settings. Your documents and data stay put — you just can't process new ones without an active plan.
